Refund Policy

Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable due to it being designed specifically based on the options you picked.

All anklets are nonrefundable, exchanges only. All earrings are final sale.

We pack all our items with extra care and attention, doing our best to ensure that the items you purchased arrive to you in the best possible condition. We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged by shipping carriers. 

**If in any event your item(s) arrives faulty, please email us WITH provided evidence of damage, (EX: photo of product AND packing slip) and it will be handled on a case-by-case basis. *** Packing slip must be included. Please contact us with your full name and order number within 5 days of the item(s) arriving. Failing to do so after this time will void the dispute.

If return/exchange is accepted, all return shipping fees must be paid by customer. No return labels provided. You have 5 days from contacting us for a refund or exchange to return your goods to us, a deadline will be provided. Once your order is shipped, please provide the tracking number. If your item(s) is not returned to us by the deadline, the return/exchange will be cancelled and we will no longer accept the product.

Once we receive your parcel, your order will be refunded/exchanged. Once your order is refunded, please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to process.

We pride ourselves in carrying high-quality jewelry. Our items are brass, sterling silver, stainless steel. To ensure longevity of jewelry, we advise to handle the items with care. It is recommended to keep jewelry dry and away from water to keep crystals shiny. Please handle jewelry with proper care.
