Refund Policy

Custom orders are non-refundable due to it being personalized with your request.

If you have purchased any other product that IS NOT a CUSTOM PRODUCT (excluding ANKLETS) and would like a refund or exchange at any time, feel free to contact us. All anklets are NONREFUNDABLE, exchanges only.

We pack all our items with extra care and attention, doing our best to ensure that the items you purchased arrive to you in the best possible condition. If items are damaged or missing due to MAIL CARRIER HANDLING, please notify us right away. Please provide us with evidence of damage, (EX: photo of product AND packing slip) and it will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 5 days after receiving your package to return/exchange. Any day(s) after 5 days of receiving your goods, we do not offer returns/exchange.

All return shipping fees must be paid by customer. No return labels provided. Once your order is refunded, money is returned to your bank account within 2-3 business days.

We have the right to refuse service to any customer(s). Your order will be refunded to you and money will be returned within 2-3 business days.

We pride ourselves in carrying high-quality jewelry. All of our items are sterling silver (unless other wise stated) and do not tarnish. However, to ensure longevity of jewelry, we advise to handle the items with care. Although the color will not change, it is recommended to keep jewelry dry and away from water to keep crystals shiny.
