Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable due to it being designed specifically based on the options you picked.

If you have purchased any other product that IS NOT a CUSTOM PRODUCT (excluding ANKLETS and EARRINGS) and would like a refund or exchange at any time, feel free to contact us. All anklets are NONREFUNDABLE, exchanges only. (Earrings are final sale)

We pack all our items with extra care and attention, doing our best to ensure that the items you purchased arrive to you in the best possible condition. If items are damaged or missing due to MAIL CARRIER HANDLING, please notify us right away. Please provide us with evidence of damage, (EX: photo of product AND packing slip) and it will be handled on a case-by-case basis. *** If you do not include a photo of your packing slip, we will not be able to assist you on forward. Please contact us within 5 days after receiving your package to return/exchange. Any day(s) after 5 days of receiving your goods, we do not offer returns/exchange.

All return shipping fees must be paid by customer. No return labels provided. You have 5 days from contacting us for a refund, to return your goods to us. Once your order is shipped, please provide the tracking number.

Once we receive your parcel, your order will be refunded. Once your order is refunded, please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to process.

We have the right to refuse service to any customer(s). Your order will be refunded to you and money will be returned within 2-3 business days.

We pride ourselves in carrying high-quality jewelry. All of our items are sterling silver (unless other wise stated) and do not tarnish. However, to ensure longevity of jewelry, we advise to handle the items with care. Although the color will not change, it is recommended to keep jewelry dry and away from water to keep crystals shiny.
